📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide medication counseling and education to patients, ensuring they understand their prescriptions and potential side effects.

• Monitor and evaluate patient medication therapy, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A valid pharmacy license from the Indonesian Pharmaceutical Association (IKA).
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical pharmacy setting, with a strong background in medication therapy management.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for effective patient communication and collaboration.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as Epic or Cerner, and pharmacy management software.
