📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the FATP department, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Lead a team of 15-20 employees, providing guidance and mentorship to foster a high-performance culture.
• Implement and monitor production processes using SAP and other ERP systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of production, quality control, and logistics.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for FATP processes.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a FATP department.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and standards (ISO, TPM, etc.).
