As an Early Childhood Educator & Caregiver in Sidoarjo, you will be part of a dedicated team that works tirelessly to ensure every child receives the care and attention they deserve. You'll spend your days engaging with children in age-appropriate activities, assisting with meals, and providing comfort and support. Our daycare is equipped with modern facilities, including a dedicated play area, a quiet corner for reading, and a safe outdoor space. We use a combination of Montessori principles and play-based learning to create an enriching environment that encourages children to explore and learn at their own pace.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and implement daily lesson plans that align with early childhood development milestones
• Assist in preparing and serving nutritious meals that cater to children's dietary needs
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play activities, ensuring their safety and well-being
• Document children's progress and development using our in-house software, ChildCare Pro
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic daycare environment
• Stay updated with the latest early childhood education trends and best practices
• Participate in staff meetings and team-building activities to foster a positive work environment
• Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Early Childhood Educator or similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Certification in First Aid and CPR
• Knowledge of Montessori principles or play-based learning methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Passion for working with children and a commitment to their holistic development
