📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Xero.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
• Monitor bank reconciliations and ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax filings.
• Support the accounting team in audits and internal controls.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a dynamic international environment.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and other accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with international financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
