As our Finance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial records, preparing reports, and supporting our finance team in managing the company's financial operations. You will work closely with our accounting and finance teams, as well as with our regional managers, to ensure that all financial transactions are processed correctly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Process and reconcile bank transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Support the accounting team in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for various departments.
- Maintain and update financial records and databases using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Assist in the preparation of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Support the finance team in managing the company's cash flow and liquidity.
- Assist in the preparation of financial analyses and presentations for senior management.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a real estate or similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS.
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
