📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise outdoor adventure activities such as rock climbing, surfing, and hiking, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of participants.
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and programs that align with our educational goals.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new instructors.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm, setting a positive example for participants.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute outdoor events and retreats.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages teamwork and personal growth.
• Assist in the development and implementation of safety protocols and risk management strategies.
• Provide feedback and support to participants, helping them achieve their personal and professional goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an outdoor adventure instructor or similar role.
• Certifications in outdoor adventure activities such as rock climbing, surfing, and hiking.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and risk management in outdoor environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and lead groups of varying sizes.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Passion for inspiring and mentoring young people.
