📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Handle vendor payments and manage accounts payable.
- Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts.
- Provide financial support to other departments as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial roles.
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
- Familiarity with food industry financial practices is a plus.
