📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates for construction projects using software such as Autodesk Estimating, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• Analyze project budgets and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
• Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of construction projects.
• Monitor project costs and identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare and present cost reports, including cost breakdowns, variance analysis, and forecast reports.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and timely cost information.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in cost estimation and budget management.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior estimators and project team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost estimation and budget management for construction projects.
• Proficiency in using cost estimation software such as Autodesk Estimating, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
• Valid professional certification (e.g., RICS, CQS, or similar) is a plus.
