📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and scale TikTok Shop Affiliate Programs, including identifying high-potential affiliates and optimizing campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute data-driven affiliate marketing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, to ensure campaign success.
• Develop and maintain affiliate marketing materials, including promotional content, landing pages, and email campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in affiliate marketing, digital advertising, and social media management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of affiliate marketing policies and procedures.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team and senior management.
• Support the growth of Bloome Baby's online presence and brand awareness through strategic affiliate partnerships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or have recently graduated (within the last 2 years).
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles and experience with affiliate programs (e.g., Amazon Associates, TikTok Shop Affiliate Program).
• Proficient in using affiliate marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively with both local and international stakeholders.
• Passion for e-commerce, digital marketing, and affiliate marketing, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced industry.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively in a self-directed environment.
