📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their gadget and financial product inquiries.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the in-store POS system.
Recommend suitable gadgets and financial products based on customer needs and preferences.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
Handle customer complaints professionally and find appropriate solutions.
Stock and organize products to ensure they are readily available for customers.
Promote sales and special offers to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
