In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and develop training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and HR to ensure training programs align with company goals.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their development goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
