📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct job interviews and make data-driven hiring decisions.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer and onboarding.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Understanding of local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
