📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.,Handle employee relations and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with HR management systems and software is a plus.,Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
