📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively to maximize sales.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and services.,Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints promptly.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely restocking of products.,Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer transactions.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and customer preferences.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
