🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the tech industry.,Strong understanding of technical job markets and trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian job markets and cultural nuances is a plus.,Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
