📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform accurate and timely coding of inpatient medical records according to international coding standards.,Review and verify the accuracy of medical codes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Identify and resolve coding discrepancies and errors to maintain high-quality data.,Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure accurate documentation of patient information.,Conduct regular audits and quality assurance reviews to monitor coding accuracy and compliance.,Stay up-to-date with changes in coding guidelines and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.,Provide training and support to junior staff on medical coding and quality assurance procedures.,Maintain and update coding and documentation systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Medical Coding, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical coding and quality assurance.,Certification in medical coding (e.g., CPC, CCS, or equivalent) is highly preferred.,Strong knowledge of international coding standards such as ICD-10 and CPT.,Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.,Proficient in using medical coding and documentation software.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare providers and staff.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
