📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting thorough audits of financial statements and internal controls,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders,Identifying risks and potential issues within the organization,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data,Providing recommendations for improving financial processes and controls,Assisting in the training and mentoring of junior staff members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing, preferably in a public accounting firm or similar organization,Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing standards,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using accounting software and data analysis tools,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
