📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.,Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and issues.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.,Assist in the development of training programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
