📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve sales targets.,Promote store events and special promotions to drive sales.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and inventory records.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of sales strategies and customer relationship management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
