PT Jinlong International Food is seeking a dedicated Production Team Leader to oversee our production processes and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of Mandarin and a strong background in production management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Coordinate with team members to meet production targets.,Implement and maintain quality control measures.,Manage inventory and procurement to support production needs.,Conduct regular team meetings to discuss production progress and address issues.,Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.,Maintain strong communication with suppliers and other departments.,Report production results and address any deviations from the production plan.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in production management.,Basic understanding of Mandarin language.,Proven track record in leading production teams.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
