📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities and maximize their tax benefits.
  • Conduct tax audits and reviews, and prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations, and provide training and support to junior staff.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in team meetings and projects, and contribute to the overall success of the firm.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop the firm's client base.
  • Ensure the firm's tax policies and procedures are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • A degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a strong background in tax planning, compliance, and auditing.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, and a proven track record of success in this area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex tax challenges.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
  • Certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or a similar professional designation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tax software and technology is a plus.
