📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.,Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify potential issues and address them proactively.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and replacements.,Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, schedules, and inventory.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, and promote a culture of safety within the team.,Provide technical expertise and support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, with a focus on industrial facilities.,Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of maintenance technicians.,Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, tools, and equipment.,Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
