PT Cempaka Cemerlang is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team in Pontianak. This is a hybrid role that combines in-office and fieldwork, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our company's growth while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to potential customers in the Pontianak region. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets and build strong relationships with clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Pontianak region.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure a seamless sales process.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and services.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Strong understanding of the Pontianak market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proficient in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems and data analysis tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for fieldwork.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
