PT Antar Sinar Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing a variety of dishes that meet our customers' expectations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement menus that are both creative and appealing to our customers.,Ensure the quality and consistency of food prepared by the kitchen staff.,Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients to ensure cost efficiency.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Plan and organize kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Work closely with the management team to ensure the restaurant meets its financial goals.,Promote a positive and productive work environment for the kitchen staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of creating and executing successful menus.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.
