MERIDIAN Corporindo is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Maros. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about managing and maintaining our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a commitment to ensuring our vehicles are always in top condition.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fleet, including scheduling maintenance, tracking vehicle performance, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for managing our fleet drivers and ensuring they are properly trained and certified.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including scheduling maintenance and tracking vehicle performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage fleet drivers, including training and certification.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and costs, and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities.
  • Provide reports on fleet performance and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure all vehicles are properly inspected and maintained according to schedule.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
