🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction estimation and project management.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry practices and regulations.
Experience with estimation software like Autodesk Revit, Microsoft Project, and SAP.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Valid certification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., RICS, CQS) is a plus.
