Agung Gita Health Center is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Jambi. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics or related fields and a passion for improving efficiency and organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to manage inventory levels and order fulfillment.,Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics activities using our company's management system.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of logistics reports to management and other stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.,Provide support in the development and implementation of logistics strategies and procedures.,Assist in the organization and management of warehouse activities, including stocktaking and reordering.,Maintain good relationships with external logistics partners and service providers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics coordination or related roles.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as ERP systems, inventory management software, and transportation management systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations is a plus.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
