📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and analyze structural systems for various projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.,Prepare detailed structural drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with local and international codes and standards.,Review and approve construction documents to ensure structural integrity and safety.,Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction phases.,Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate structural systems with overall project goals.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in structural engineering.,Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Participate in project proposals and bid submissions, contributing to the company's competitive edge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.,Proficiency in using structural analysis and design software, such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Familiarity with local and international building codes and standards, including but not limited to SNI, IBC, and ASCE.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.,Valid professional engineer license (preferred but not mandatory).,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
