Bit Zone Berjaya is looking for a dedicated Store Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you!

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Assist in the preparation and organization of merchandise for display.,Perform cash handling duties, including counting and balancing cash registers.,Assist in the training and supervision of store staff.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and hardware.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Willingness to work in a team and follow company policies and procedures.
