📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and lead a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering to minimize waste and maximize profitability.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.,Monitor sales and revenue, and implement strategies to increase profitability.,Collaborate with the auto service department to ensure a seamless customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.,Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
