📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates for various job openings, both internally and externally.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to ensure visibility and reach.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Provide guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process.,Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a hybrid or remote environment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
