Shop Easy Berjaya is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Jimbaran. We are looking for a professional who can handle various HR tasks and contribute to the growth and development of our employees. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances and conflicts.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
