📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the FATP department, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
Lead a team of 15-20 employees, providing guidance and mentorship to foster a high-performance culture.
Implement and monitor production processes using SAP and other ERP systems.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and defects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of production, quality control, and logistics.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for FATP processes.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a FATP department.
Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
Strong knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with quality control processes and standards (ISO, TPM, etc.).
