As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and feedback.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Manage and mentor the branch staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on branch performance metrics, including sales, customer feedback, and staff productivity.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company-wide initiatives and strategies.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
